The final step towards bringing your product to market is transitioning to manufacturing. At first, this will be Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM), producing a few dozen to several hundred items. Later, that will scale to full Mass Production, in order to make thousands, or even tens of thousands, of parts. Each of these order-of-magnitude increases often involves switching to different manufacturing methods, which are more efficient in those quantities, and thus redesign efforts to bring the look, feel, and function of your product forward into unique new parts with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) optimizations.
We can then help produce your product, both in-house and with the help of a network of trusted service providers. We will work with you to determine the most cost effective quality for your needs, and then fabricate and assemble to those specifications.
